Fiona Partridge, Kerfim Solutions
I am a CIMA-qualified Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director helping businesses grow through strategic financial leadership, acquisition support and financial transformation, with more than 20 years of experience helping businesses improve performance, manage change and achieve sustainable growth.
Throughout my career, I have worked across financial services, manufacturing, retail and multi-entity SME environments, building strong finance functions that deliver both strategic insight and operational excellence.
My expertise spans financial leadership, business acquisitions, financial transformation, cashflow management, forecasting and board-level reporting. I enjoy partnering with business owners and leadership teams to turn complex financial information into practical strategies that support better decision-making and long-term success.
Most recently, I served as Chief Financial Officer for a rapidly growing financial services group, where I established the finance function from the ground up and played a key role in acquisition-led growth, financial integration, governance and strategic planning.
Prior to this, I held senior finance positions including Finance Director and Financial Controller within organisations across multiple sectors, delivering improvements in reporting, financial controls, automation and operational efficiency.
Today, through Kerfim Solutions, I provide flexible CFO and Finance Director support to businesses requiring interim leadership, project expertise or strategic financial guidance. Whether supporting acquisitions, implementing financial systems, strengthening controls or helping organisations navigate periods of growth and transformation, my approach combines hands-on experience with commercial insight and a genuine passion for helping businesses succeed.
I believe great finance is about more than numbers. It's about understanding how a business operates, identifying opportunities and providing the clarity and confidence needed to make informed decisions.
